Happy Sunday! I hope you’re having a lovely, long weekend. I spent this morning digging in to my garden plans. Nothing like spending time outdoors among nature to feed the soul.

Chic and comfy activewear is helping me stay motivated with low-impact workouts at home, neighborhood walks, and while I’m trying out some new pilates studios around town. Many of these pieces I have and love, and several of these brands are all my time fave.

It’s been almost a year since I launched West by Nature! I’ve learned a TON over the past several months and even started working with some amazing brands on a small scale, which has been incredibly exciting.
